Russia and Iran are developing a full-scale defense partnership that goes beyond the drones that Tehran is providing Moscow to attack Ukrainian cities and infrastructure.
According to the U.S. government, this incipient alliance includes an unprecedented level of military and technical support including training and weapons development that is flowing both ways – posing a threat not only to Ukraine but to Iran’s neighbors as well.
