On The Power Vertical Podcast this week, host Brian Whitmore speaks with Michael Carpenter, who served as the National Security Council’s Senior Director for Europe and the U.S. Ambassador to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in the administration of former President Joe Biden as well as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia, Ukraine, Eurasia.
