These are all soundbites that listeners of this podcast have probably heard from me before. And there is a good reason for this: in a globalized economy, the kleptocracy, corruption, and graft emanating from Russia is a major national security threat for the United States and its allies.
It’s a vector of malign influence. It’s a tool to undermine trust in democratic institutions. And it facilitates potential Trojan Horses that threaten to undermine us from within.
So how can the United States and its allies defend themselves and fight back?
