The Fog of War

Vladimir Putin’s war against Ukraine appears to have reached an inflection point.

Russian ground forces are on their back foot on every front even as they continue shelling Ukrainian cities with long-range artillery. And with the Kremlin indicating that it is repositioning its troops to focus on eastern Ukraine’s Donbas region, questions remain about what Moscow’s next move might be as the war enters its sixth week.

On The Power Vertical Podcast this week, host Brian Whitmore unpacks the latest developments on the ground with retired U.S. Admiral James Foggo, the dean for the Center for Maritime Strategy and the former commander of the U.S. Sixth Fleet, of U.S. Naval Forces in Europe and Africa, and of the Allied Joint Forces Command in Naples.
